The deer leaps with heart a-flame, as birds and snake cheer her on. The birds are for me a symbol of freedom, the snake is a reference to the ancient sacred feminine as snakes shed their skin and were thought of as a sign of regeneration and rebirth. As an artist, it is a fine line to follow the heart, and be a productive member of society. But so many people have helped with my journey and have kept my dreams alive. (Thank you all!)
