Shed. As in to Shed tears, or one’s antlers. Sometime the act of shedding tears feels as natural and needed as shedding antlers, a once yearly tradition for the Cervidae Family (Elk, Deer, Moose). When I cry, I purge, allowing emotions to escape as well as salt water from my eyes, and I benefit from the purge in that I am ready to be thankful for what I have, to carry on, to fly and soar above.
